What we collect

We collect the contact details and care-request information you choose to send so the coordination team can reply. Do not send emergency information, identity documents or a full medical record in an open website form.

How we use it

We use the information to organize an appointment request, communicate with you, confirm payment and support follow-up. We do not present a case record as a public profile.

WhatsApp inquiry references

When you arrive through an advertisement, this website keeps a random visitor identifier and limited advertisement identifiers in this browser for up to 30 days. These help our team understand which advertisement led to an inquiry when you choose WhatsApp. The first message includes a short inquiry reference. Changing our receiving WhatsApp number does not change a valid reference. The reference mechanism does not collect medical reports, message content or payment details, and does not send consultation or payment outcomes to advertising platforms. If you remove the reference, use another browser or block browser storage, we may be unable to identify the advertisement. You can still contact us without a reference.

TikTok advertising measurement

When you arrive from one of our TikTok advertisements in South Africa, the landing page loads TikTok measurement code. When you click a WhatsApp button, TikTok receives a Contact event, together with standard browser information such as IP address, browser/device information, page URL, advertising click identifiers and cookies. A Contact event means a button click, not a received message, confirmed patient, consultation or sale. Visitors from our advertisements in other countries do not load TikTok measurement code.

Our event does not include your name, phone number, inquiry reference, WhatsApp message, diagnosis, medical record or payment details. Automatic Advanced Matching and enhanced page-content collection are disabled. We do not connect our customer records to TikTok.

You can stop this measurement with “Turn off ad measurement” in the landing-page footer. This choice is stored in this browser for up to 30 days; an earlier “Decline” choice in this browser is also respected. Browser privacy signals (Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track) are respected and the measurement code is not loaded. Turning measurement off does not prevent contacting us on WhatsApp.
