She reported fair appetite, limb weakness, occasional walking difficulty, headache and spasms. FOLLOW-UP She later reported more strength in the legs, steadier walking and better appetite. A follow-up lists a parafalcine lesion of 1.3 × 1.7 cm. The original imaging reports are retained.
