What does the USD $30 fee include?
Pre-consultation intake and health-record organization, one private 30-minute video consultation with a clinician matched according to your case and availability, appointment coordination, language support when available, and basic written follow-up on the agreed next steps.
What is charged separately?
Medicines, prescriptions, laboratory tests, treatment packages, travel, accommodation, customs charges and shipping are not included. Any additional service and its price must be separately discussed and agreed with the care team.
Can I cancel or change the appointment?
Cancel at least 24 hours before your confirmed appointment for a full refund. One reschedule can be arranged with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments are reviewed according to the service status and communication history. Read the cancellation and refund policy.
Do I need reports or a PayPal account to pay?
No medical reports are required before payment. You can send available reports to the care team afterward. Visa and Mastercard card checkout does not require a PayPal account, but bank authorization and payment-provider eligibility still apply.
How are my information and card details handled?
Card details are entered in PayPal’s secure fields and are not received or stored by MY YL MED. Contact details are optional at checkout and help us connect your payment with your appointment request. Please do not enter medical records or identity documents in payment fields. Read the privacy notice.
Is this a substitute for local medical care?
This is a scheduled consultation and coordination service. It does not replace emergency care, a local oncology team or an in-person examination, and does not guarantee a diagnosis, cure or clinical outcome. Do not stop or delay existing treatment based on a website page.
