CAPTIONS / IMAGE LABELS MYYL Lung cancer PATIENT FOLLOW-UP RECORDS Qiu Baojuan · 79 · Chongqing English translation · Original medical images retained CASE RECORD · Lung cancer · 79 Ms Qiu Baojuan, 79, from Chongqing, had lung adenocarcinoma. During previous care, the recorded CEA value rose from 29.46 to 68.71 ng/mL. After approximately one month, the patient reported symptom improvement and weight gain of four jin (2 kg). The narrative describes slower growth in CEA, by about 3 ng/mL, and smaller nodules on review. This is not a claim that CEA normalized. CHAT PANEL S129-P01 9:47 AM Mr Wang, these results are similar to the previous ones; the disease is largely controlled. But the CEA went from 6 last year to 72 and 77 this month, rising each month. Could the cough in January or my rhinitis be related to inflammation? Can Chinese medicine help with inflammation too? Since the second course in March, I have gained over 4 jin (2 kg). From last year until starting it, I stayed around 112–115 jin (56–57.5 kg).
