CASE RECORD · Lung cancer · 61
Xuan Zhaomin had a large right lung lesion, additional ground-glass nodules, obstructive inflammation and enlarged mediastinal nodes. Symptoms included hoarseness, difficulty clearing phlegm, poor appetite, worse coughing at night and coughing of blood. The earlier lesion was approximately 106 × 91 mm.
FOLLOW-UP
A later report lists 83 × 62 mm compared with 106.2 × 91.2 mm. The patient also reported less coughing. The dimensions should be stated directly; they do not establish the old caption's claim of a greater-than-half reduction.
