MYYL Gum cancer PATIENT FOLLOW-UP RECORDS Ms Chen · 74 · English translation · Original medical images retained CASE RECORD · Gum cancer · 74 Ms Chen developed a bleeding gum ulcer in January 2020 and was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the right upper gum, with neck lymph-node involvement. She underwent surgery followed by 31 radiotherapy sessions. The account describes recurrence, another operation, and a further recurrence a year later. She developed lip blisters, ulceration with pus and lumps behind the ears, and sought care in 2023. After nearly two months, the family reported less discharge from the ulcers, improvement around the lips and ears, and smaller-feeling lumps. The clinical photographs remain unchanged.
