I would like to correct my wording. The palpitations are more than 'slightly better' than before the medicine. They have improved quite a bit: the episodes are much shorter and a little less intense. They are still very unpleasant when they occur, and I know treatment takes time. The dizziness has worsened a little, which has tempered my relief about the palpitations. I want to describe each symptom accurately.
