Zhang Feinan, 67, from Wenzhou, Zhejiang, had undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma. A May 2025 review described little change from February and several bilateral neck nodes. He sought further care after prior local treatment.
The August report describes slight residual thickening of the left nasopharyngeal wall without a definite abnormally enhancing nodule, with small bilateral neck nodes. This is more precise than claiming complete disappearance of all disease.
