English translation · Original medical images retained
CASE RECORD · Lung cancer · 60
Zhang Zhongbin, from Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang, reported chest tightness, breathlessness and rib and back pain. The May 2025 account lists mediastinal nodes and a left lung lesion of 48 × 75 mm.
After about two months, the family reported less chest tightness and breathlessness. The July account lists a left lung lesion of 13 × 11 mm and no enlarged mediastinal nodes in the cited examination.
The 1 September follow-up describes further changes in the left lower-lobe lesion and regional nodes. The original reports retain the exact comparison language; confirm that the measured findings are the same lesions.

I showed the report to our director. Compared with the last examination, there is a substantial improvement: it is nearly half the size. The director says to keep taking the medicine on time and at the prescribed dose.

Ms Chen, I went to the doctor yesterday to compare the previous scans. He said the bright spots in the lungs were gone and the lymph nodes were smaller, with no bright spots there either.

I would like the director to look at the images of the collarbone and lymph nodes. I had lesions there before. Now I cannot see them. Are they gone? I cannot interpret the images myself.

The doctor just said many of the nodules were gone, including the ground-glass nodules. I cannot read the images myself, so I wanted you to look.
Yes, they are gone.
Another step closer.
