MYYL Breast cancer PATIENT FOLLOW-UP RECORDS Chen Guoju · 41 · Gansu English translation · Original medical images retained CASE RECORD · Breast cancer · 41 Chen Guoju had received three chemotherapy cycles. The case account lists a right breast lesion of 36 × 11 mm, with BI-RADS 6 and other nodules in the breasts, axillae, neck and supraclavicular areas. She reported intermittent stabbing pain, dry mouth, poor appetite and discharge with an odor. FOLLOW-UP At follow-up, the account reports less dry mouth, better appetite and relief of stabbing pain. The later ultrasound records a right breast lesion of 11 × 9 × 7 mm and BI-RADS 5. A change in BI-RADS category does not establish a lower cancer stage or reduced malignancy. The supplied report still describes visible axillary lymph nodes.
