English report translation
MYYL | S032 | English translation of visible report text The report photographs are preserved unchanged in the accompanying image. FIRST ULTRASOUND REPORT Examination: Breasts and regional draining lymph nodes (routine). Findings: The contours of both breasts are clear. Near the edge of the left-breast gland at the 1–3 o’clock position, a hypoechoic mass measures approximately 4.0 × 2.5 × 3.1 cm. Its boundary is indistinct and its shape is irregular, with spiculated margins. Internal echoes are heterogeneous, with irregular hyperechoic areas. No obvious abnormality is seen in the remaining glandular echoes. Several hypoechoic nodules are seen in the left axilla; the larger measures approximately 2.0 × 0.9 cm. The boundary is clear and a lymph-node hilum is visible. No obviously enlarged abnormal lymph nodes are seen in the right axilla. Impression: Left-breast nodule, BI-RADS category 6. Left axillary lymph nodes are visible. SECOND ULTRASOUND REPORT Findings: The contours of both breasts are clear. Near the peripheral gland in the upper outer quadrant of the left breast, an irregular hypoechoic nodule measures approximately 2.9 × 1.8 × 2.6 cm. Its boundary is indistinct, with spiculated margins and heterogeneous internal echoes. No obvious abnormality is seen in the remaining glandular echoes. Several lymph nodes are visible in the left axilla. Their shape is normal; the larger measures approximately 1.8 × 0.7 cm, with a cortical thickness of approximately 0.15 cm and a hilar echo visible. No obviously enlarged abnormal lymph nodes are seen in the right axilla. Source limits: The supplied photographs do not show a clearly readable full date for both examinations. This translation does not add a missing date or assume that every measurement represents an identical target lesion. BI-RADS category 6 is not cancer stage VI.
