Which amount should I enter?
Use the exact amount agreed with your care team in US dollars. If a shared link already contains an amount, check it against your quotation. If you are unsure, contact us before paying.
What is the medication refund policy?
Refund terms for confirmed-amount payments are agreed with the care team before payment and depend on the relevant service. The video-consultation cancellation terms do not automatically apply to medication. Read the cancellation and refund policy.
Do I need a PayPal account or medical report?
Visa and Mastercard card checkout does not require a PayPal account, but your bank must authorize the transaction. Medical records and identity documents are not needed in payment fields; share them only through the confirmed care-team channel.
What if I left checkout or cannot see a confirmation?
Use the saved payment-status link to check the original request. Contact the care team with the payment reference if the status is unclear, especially if your bank shows a charge. This helps us reconcile the payment before another attempt.
