Zhang Yu, 60, from Nanping, Fujian, reported breast pain, weakness and cold hands and feet. The May 2025 record lists a left breast lesion of 3.6 × 3.1 × 1.5 cm and a left axillary node of 1.2 × 0.6 cm. She later sought Chinese medicine care.
The August follow-up, after about three months, records a left breast finding of 1.75 × 1.63 cm and a left axillary node of 0.79 × 0.53 cm. The breast finding remained BI-RADS 5 and the axillary node remained abnormal.
